ALL SALES ARE FINAL
If in the event an item is defective or damaged, please contact us with pictures and video of the damage within 24-hours of receiving your items to report it and make a claim. Package the items in the original packaging exactly how they arrived in order for us to return it to the manufacture and get a replacement.
If Millennial Furniture delivered and set up the items, they will take it back before setting it up and get you a replacement right away.
All replacements and exchanges are subject to the discretion of the manufacture as manufactures don't always approve replacements and exchanges if they are not reported immediately upon delivery.
For items that are brand new after the order is placed in store specifically for you and before or upon delivery; under the discretion of Millennial Furniture, we MAY return the item or keep the item for store credit subject to a restocking fee of 35%. This includes orders that have not been picked up but ordered specifically for you as the contract states all sales are final upon checkout.
